Delivery & Returns
We deliver our orders on a number of services. Choose from UK Standard, UK Express, Channel Islands/Northern Ireland Express and new European Tariffs. See below for further information.

| UK Mainland Express | Please order before 2.30pm in order to receive your order on a Next Working Day Service. This service is great for when you're in a hurry and want full visibility of where your parcel is, at all times. Once dispatched, your order will remain fully trackable the whole time up until you sign for receipt - so remember someone will need to be in to receive your goods. | £5.95 |
| Channel Islands/Northern Ireland Express | If you're in the Channel Islands, or Northern Ireland please order before 2.30pm to receive your order on a Next Working Day Service. | Non European Union Standard | We aim to have your order with you within 10 working days. Please note that orders over a certain value may be delivered by specialist courier. This type of courier typically will require a signature, and may not make deliveries on Saturdays. | £15.00 |
When your order has been received you will receive an email notification to confirm this, as well as a further email update when your goods have been dispatched out of our warehouse. This will include details of when you should expect to receive your order.

International Delivery
We're happy to say that we now deliver Internationally. Please ensure you're shopping in the correct region by selecting the correct region from the bottom nav on the homepage. Then simply select from Standard or Express delivery tariffs once you're at the shopping cart.
Returns or Exchanges Procedure
UK
Simply fill out the returns form, clearly stipulating whether you would like an exchange or refund and enclose within the parcel. Ensure you affix the Freepost label to the front of your package.
Please note that it's extremely important that when you return an order, we know the order number it relates to and your details. Without these we won't be able to process your request quickly.
We also strongly recommend that you obtain Proof of Postage from your local Post Office, which will demonstrate that you sent the item back to us.
Please allow up to 7 working days for your return to reach us. As soon as we receive it, this will be processed within 48 hours of receipt and any refund will be made to the method by which you paid.
In addition to the above Returns or Exchanges Procedure, under the Distance Selling Regulations you have seven (7) working days (beginning the day after receipt of your order) to cancel your order which must be given in writing. For further details, please click here.

Non UK Residents
Simply fill out the returns form to specify you require a refund and enclose within the parcel.
Please note that it's extremely important that when you return an order, we know the order number it relates to and your details. Without these we won't be able to process your request quickly.
